Juan Pablo Santos


Juan Pablo joined 414 Capital in March 2025 to launch the Debt Advisory Group, a division within the Firm focused on securing debt solutions for clients pursuing traditional or structured leverage, refinancing, organic growth, acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and recapitalizations, among others.

Before joining 414 Capital, Juan Pablo led the Investment Banking team within the Mid-Sized and Large Corps Banking division at Santander and also worked at severall financial institutions (Scotia, Citi, Northgate & Evercore), where he gained extensive experience in project finance, structured finance, syndicated loans, and subordinated debt.

Juan Pablo earned his MBA from the Instituto Panamericano de Alta Dirección de Empresas (IPADE) and his Mechanical Engineering degree, with honors, from the Universidad de las Américas Puebla (UDLAP). He also holds a Diploma in Corporate Finance from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM).
